Mr. Jonathan Kelafant is the Senior Vice President of Advanced Resources International, Inc. He has nearly 40 years of experience in unconventional gas development in over 20 countries including South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, China, India, Mozambique, Australia, Ukraine, and Colombia.
Responsibilities include contract negotiation, scheduling and management of field operations, geologic analysis, and feasibility study development. Projects range from short-term reserve assessments for domestic and overseas production companies (e.g., ExxonMobil, ChevronTexaco, Shell, BP Amoco, etc.) to multi-year, multi-million-dollar field and research contracts for the U.S. Department of Energy, European Investment Bank, and others.
Mr. Kelafant holds an M.S. in Geology from George Washington University (1987) and a B.S. in Geology from Washington and Lee University (1983).
