Geothermal Exploration
Our team applies traditional subsurface exploration and development methodologies to diverse geothermal settings. In collaboration with national laboratories and universities, Advanced Resources' staff have employed machine learning approaches to characterize hard-to-identify geothermal systems and utilized deep learning techniques for simulating Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS).
ARI staff have also been involved in constructing a training database that helps rapidly screen various EGS designs and assess development or optimization strategies based on design parameters and estimates of net present value.
