Jason Sorghardt is the Controller at Advanced Resources International with over 12 years of progressive accounting experience. His background includes accounting leadership and consulting, with a focus on government contracting organizations.
In his current role, Jason leads the firm’s accounting operations and financial reporting, ensuring DCAA compliance and audit readiness while strengthening internal controls and advancing accounting processes. Prior to joining Advanced Resources International, he held senior leadership roles supporting government contracting, commercial, and nonprofit clients, where he improved processes and strengthened financial operations.
Jason holds B.S. degrees in Accounting and Information Systems from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
